Brass Founders Sheffield is a versatile jobbing foundry with several small to large induction furnaces that gives us flexibility to produce a wide range of castings.
Utilising traditional and new casting methods, along with over 90 years experience of casting non-ferrous alloys, to provide the quality of castings to match the needs of customers.
The use of green sand and chemical sands as our moulding mediums, provides us with the ability to manufacture quality engineering castings with precision.
We also have a well equiped pattern shop providing accurate pattern making in timber, plywood, resin, plaster and metal.
Combining the White Metal Engineering Department and Engineering Division, Brass Founders Sheffield provides a one-stop shop for all the customers needs.
Specialities include Bearings, Gland Bushes, Spherical Bearings, Mill Bearings, Crusher Bearings, Flat Back Bearings, Special Valves, Pump Housings, Impellers, Slippers, Screw Down Nuts and Electrode Holders.
